[00:00:12] You already know what we do if you don't. This is a show about different topics of what I like, of what I feel like doing. I'll lower the mic a little bit and you know, mainly the main concept of this is more wrestling talk.
[00:00:27] I do mix in music talk when there's music news, which there will be today, and music conversations more in the lines of like hip hop and pop culture and most of those things like that R B.
[00:00:39] On top of that, we will have a more music centric like show coming later. I have that in the works.

A couple people have been listening to the past few episodes and looking at the clips on YouTube and everything. I try to get it up as soon as I can.

[00:01:34] And then. Yeah, so that's kind of the introduction. We're still on episode four, so I think I have to give a little bit more introductions as we keep growing the base.
[00:01:43] Everyone who has subscribed appreciate that everyone who has followed The X, especially wise 91.1 is going to be more of a news source, but we will be putting up clips of this thing.
[00:01:59] The wise 91.1 mainly is just like the hub of where all these content is going to be. And I'm part of why it's 91.1. Just a little quick thing about me, I was never in the business or anything. This is just like I said, first episode. I'm just a man with a mic right now and just speaking what I speak. Um, so that's what majority is, is moment. There is a sprinkle of gaming news.
[00:02:25] We'll talk about that later and then we'll get into some topics.
[00:02:30] Mainly you guys will see the clips first probably and then like gravitates to the full. The full like broadcast. So like the full episode. So you know, come hang out with us. [00:02:52] We got some new things, and we've got some topics. So we're gonna dive first into Saturday night's main event. Last night did happen. We're gonna talk about a little bit more, some wrestling reporting.
[00:03:06] WrestleMania is no longer New Orleans, so we'll talk about that in more music, like life news, entertainment news. Kid Cudi did testify against Diddy, so we'll. We'll give our thoughts on that.
[00:03:22] Joey Badass won the west coast beef, so we'll give some.
[00:03:26] Well, but west coast rap Battle, so we'll give some topics about that.
[00:03:31] We'll dive a little bit more into some wrestling news. We'll talk about Kanye west not wanting to be anti Semitism anymore.
[00:03:39] We might get to smackdown depending. I might give some, like, notes on smackdown and just more things that, you know, come across later on. I don't think there's gonna be any gaming news, but if they are, we'll talk about it. Whatever. Whatever comes forward.
[00:03:56] So first thing we're gonna get into is gonna be like, what happened? I said at night's main event. Right. It was last night.
[00:04:04] I don't think there was no new titles transferred over.
[00:04:08] It kind of felt like it could have been a skippable show.
[00:04:13] I don't see anything you need to go back to watch for.
[00:04:19] Yeah, it was. It doesn't seem like it's a. It was just kind of a skippable show to me. And the thing is, the feels like they tried to rush a lot of things in. In two hours, and they couldn't make it like a full ple. They have to, like, rush. So some matches didn't go as long as I thought it would. And in some match, some angles happen way too fast.
[00:04:43] So, yeah, so let's get. Let's get more into what's happening. So right now we. We had Jesse Ventura come back. I think he's just doing all the Saturday nights main events.
[00:04:54] He seems to be commentating on, like, one match per night per one per those Saturday night, like, main event nights.
[00:05:04] And when we get to where he was commentating, it was pretty funny. It was a pretty good part. So they kind of introduced him a little bit more. And it seems. I was kind of surprised, but not really. I was wondering who's gonna open the show. I thought it would be the world heavyweight Title match. I literally thought they were gonna put the R Truth and John Cena match at the end. But they open with Seth and Punk which is like the, the Seth tag team and the Punk tag team was Sami Zayn and was Brown Breakers. Breaker.
[00:05:34] So they opened the show, they jump start during the match and you know, it was a fun match. It's not gonna be like. It felt like just a regular tag match but with just like these high level guys and like these main eventers.
[00:05:48] It what you know, there was shenanigans but I guess it was kind of like more of going towards the la. The angle at the end, that's kind of where it was kind of building to. The match was alright in itself.
[00:06:03] I do think there's a lot of ads.
[00:06:05] There's a lot of ads just sprinkled through the show. Just every five minutes I felt like there was an ad. I was. It was getting annoying. Was like during some of the matches, right? Like there was just a lot of ad breaks during this, this match. Like the Seth and Punk and, and the Sami Zayn and Braun breaker. Like the tag match, right? A lot of ads there.
[00:06:32] I did like that Lillian Garcia is back too. So like I said, nostalgia hits. So I kind of like carrying her.
[00:06:41] It was a good tag match. I did like Sammy Springboard to the, to the outside of the ropes. I think Sammy seems like he's getting a little bit more athletic and he might be losing a little weight too. So he's doing a lot more of the high flying again.
[00:06:57] He was very impressive in this match. It was a lot of like a lot of his wrestling that was really good. Punk.
[00:07:04] Punk. Punk is good too. Uh, nothing was wacky or anything more serious. So you know, they know these guys know how to work. It was a fun match. Braun is the future. You know, he's, he's very, very athletic as well. Very strong.
[00:07:19] But that kids kind of just felt like a regular tag match until the end angle. So the end angle we got bros. And Reed that returned, he returned during the match. He cost Punk the match and Sami Zayn and then they, you know, he gets together, he looks like he's going to beat up Seth and then Seth goes and hugs him. And now we've got the new man in the group and I do like Bronson Reed.
[00:07:48] I'm guessing on Raw they're gonna tell us why the last angle we seen him was him being the crap out of Seth. Well, we seen him lasting when he broke his leg and, or he messed up his leg. And the war games match. But you know, him and Seth had, he had a feud before he got injured. So now hopefully they explain that very well, which I'm fine with. I'm.
[00:08:11] I like broth. I like Bronson Reed in this, in this faction.
[00:08:16] We did talk about maybe it was gonna be awesome theory, but maybe two big guys is not bad. I, I'm guessing if you do have two big guys but like Bron Breaker is more upper level main event.
[00:08:29] Seth is the star and then Bronson Reed, new all due respect, is kind of mid cardish so he can like you have all these different classes that can dominate and then this big faction. Right. So I think there's no more people that's needed. If you're gonna have another person, probably have a young guy make it like a four man group if you want to. But I think Seth and the two big guys he's got are pretty good.
[00:08:52] And Paul Heyman knows how to manage big guys, man. So you know, I do like, I do like where the faction is going. I like where the group's going. And Bronson Reed, man, he's. He's good. He's big guy. He's got his. His finisher is over with me. It's good. So let's see what happens as we continue on through there. Right. So overall it's decent match.
[00:09:16] I'd probably give it like a three out of five and that's, that's because it's an average match. Right. So. And that's what it is. And Bronson recame back. So 3.2.5 ish. 3 ish. Probably 3 in the middle.
[00:09:31] Next we had the United States title going and it was Chelsea Green versus Alina. And I, I've already said Zelina, baby face Alina is just not getting over with me.
[00:09:42] They need to turn her heel if they really want some momentum behind her.
[00:09:46] Chelsea Green and Kathy Kelly, when they went into the segment, it was pretty funny because it was just like standing there and then like waited for their like cue. So it was pretty funny. But the match was just a match. There wasn't a lot of exciting matches on this card. I am not gonna lie to you.
[00:10:08] This match was kind of thrown at the end and they threw it in on smackdown if you can't, in case you didn't see it and Zelina. So Zelina needs to get better in the ring or if she's not going to get better in the ring. I keep saying we have to turn her heel.
[00:10:24] She botched the six like a 619. And I guess broke like busted Chelsea's nose. And I like the match was.
[00:10:39] Here's what I do. I'd give in the terms of like rating it. I'd give it like a two.
[00:10:47] It's. It's just not an exciting match. I do like both people. I think Chelsea's got a lot of charisma. I think Zelina's got a lot of charisma too. But, like, Chelsea gets cheered by this. The. The heel marks in the crowd, so it kind of takes away from. And then the baby face gets booed. So if the way they need to do is have Chelsea be kind of like a face.
[00:11:11] And then like Chelsea's greens got like that. That Tiffany Stratton treatment from the crowd. And it. It. She's. She's like a face. And then they booze. They don't. Boozalina. They just don't react. And I think it's because she's. It's a little hard to believe, like, her wrestling is good. Is not.
[00:11:33] She can improve. She has been a little bit improving, but still not there. And they. They need to just turn her heel or take the title off her and put it someone else. And she took the pin on SmackDown.
[00:11:45] So the champion in that match lost. So I. She. I don't think she is weird. Like, she doesn't have, like that much momentum going in. So other than that was just a regular match.
[00:11:59] My favorite match of the night was not this one. I thought it would be right.
[00:12:06] The next thing they go to is the steel cage match, right? Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no. I thought it was gonna be the steel cage match. The next one they go to was John Cena R. Truth. And I thought this was gonna be the main event, but I see why it wasn't the main event. And we'll talk about it later.
[00:12:27] It was. The next one was R Truth and John Cena. I really enjoyed this match. I. It didn't go longer than it was supposed to. It did its job as the kind of like.
[00:12:39] Like the whole gimmick of R. Truth was like he was trying to bring back the old Cena. So he just did all his moves. He did. He kind of like showed like the mirror of John Cena and it. It was entertaining. I'd say that it wasn't supposed to be like a good match, I guess. You know, John rooting the Ruin wrestling gimmick, the 36 dates gimmick is. If that's what he is, he's trying to ruin wrestling. So it kind of goes with the hey, we're just watching this to be entertained thing. And, and you're right, he's, you know, he's right on everything. He says like a lot of entertainment is happening in the Impro in, in the WWE as opposed to wrestling. So this kind of like is like meta and it goes to what he's saying and what's going on. But like, like John Cena comes out, he comes on his, you know, the regular attire that the, you know, the heel entrance, not caring.
[00:13:42] And then our Truth comes out with John Cena's entrance and he comes out like the old Cena. He does the run to the ring, he talks in the camera, he does all that like that. And this, remember this was a non title match. So I was actually thinking that maybe somebody Truth might get a roll up then, you know, and then they try to do something like that. But nah, I, I also, the back of my mind knew that was gonna happen, right? Said if, if it was going to, it would have. But it did happen.
[00:14:11] Then R Truth comes to the ring and Cena just starts attacking him.
[00:14:15] And like I said, it was it. It was a very fun match. I'd probably give it like a three out of five.
[00:14:22] It's the funny thing, is there so not this. I'm not. I'm gonna tell you the funny thing later. But our Truth, I guess he's just using all John Cena's moves and then Cena's moving using the same moves, but it's like the Healers version. But there was a point where Cena's like, you know it and I'm gonna go get the title.
[00:14:44] You go get the title and, and the title. He's holding the title in the ring, right? He's about to hit him. He's about to hit our Truth and the ref just stands there like a corpse.
[00:14:59] He's just letting it happen. It's just, you know, the Rev is supposed to go over there and stop Cena from using the belt, but the ref just like a, like, like a, like an idiot, like a court, like a corpse just stands there just like, oh, I'm just gonna let it happen. Just disqualify him. Like that's not what a ref is supposed to do, man. It's not.
[00:15:20] So he continues and he's about to hit him with the bell and then he stops and looks at Truth and I guess they're still teasing the, the Cena. The Cena face turn, which I think they're doing it pretty well because he's got to turn face by the end of the year. So. And then the little T is there. He was. He gives the ref the belt to like, put it away. And then he hits him with the. He does a nutshot on him, pins them and that's it. So he, you know, he turns the heel, right, right at the end of the match. The referee is just there watching, but he. The referee didn't see the.
[00:15:56] The.
[00:15:57] The nutshot, but he just stands there as he's about to like, disqualify himself. Like, you would think the ref would go up there and be like, no, no, no, no, just stop.
[00:16:07] And then at the end, he hits him with the title anyway. So then he gets a heel reaction and that's the match. And the match was fun to watch. It was not one of the best wa. You know, not one of the best matches. It's not really much things that happened. It was nice and quick, did his job and that's what it was. It was just to get seen on the card.
[00:16:30] Later on, we see John Cena talk with Jey USO and they're setting up an angle for later on saying, hey, yo, if Paul. If Logan Paul wins, I'm. My plan for ruining world wrestling is. Is going through, right? So he's telling Jay Uso, look, we would a YouTuber and me as champions wrestling is ruined. And I like this whole angle they're going with like that, like he, like, I like that he turned into like. I like the character he turned into. Like, hey, I'm gonna ruin wrestling forever or something like that. It. It kind of gives some stakes on like what later on can happen because I, I think it's slow. It's like a slow burn for like the peak of what his character has turned into. But we'll get. When we get there, we'll get there. That's one thing I do like about Triple H's booking.
[00:17:26] There's a lot of slow burns. Like, like you just really gotta let it play out. So let's see what happens. There we go into the steel cage match, which I believe and I thought was going to be the best match of the night. And is it because the bar wasn't set too high?
[00:17:45] But then I hated the ending. I thought. I thought everybody was good.
[00:17:51] Jesse Ventura, he did join commentary and he's like, hey guys, listen.
[00:17:58] I guess he's just gonna say whatever he cares about. And I love, I love. I. Jesse Ventura got real over with me in this match and I honestly did not know he was governor of Minnesota. When they would call him a governor, I thought it was just a gimmick, but I didn't know he was actually the governor of Minnesota back in 1999. I had to look that up. I was like, why they keep going on governor and yeah. So looked it up.
[00:18:27] Match is okay. There was a lot of cage spots, you know, the two big guys in a cage.
[00:18:33] I did like the superplex that Drew gave him from the top of the, from the top of the cage to, to the floor. That suplex looked really good. But the only it wasn't the top. Like, it was like mid, like mid range suplex, right? Not like from the top top, but it was still very good.
[00:18:52] One thing about the announcers, other than Jesse Ventura, I'm talking about Michael Cole and Paul Matt and Pat McAfee.
[00:19:00] Like, I guess Pat McAfee kind of does, but Cole is terrible at it. He just doesn't sell the finishers, man. Like, these finishers, they're. You can tell they're gonna kick out because of the enthusiasm that Cole has for the ones that are gonna. He's gonna kick out on. And then the other ones, like, you know, when the, the match is over, because he gets really hyped and he knows, he knows at the end, right?
[00:19:25] The announcers need to sell the finishers a lot better.
[00:19:29] Junior used to do it, and Junior did it like perfectly. You would think the match is over when one of those finishers happen. And he'll make the impact of the finisher kicking out of, of somebody kicking out of the finisher, like, a lot more exciting.
[00:19:46] But like, you hit Drew hit to claymore and Michael Cole's just not selling it, man. He's just like, oh, he just hit him. One, two, kick out, like, sell the finisher, bro.
[00:19:59] Sell the finisher. We can get more excited, but that's how you. It's kind of, it's kind of like a nitpicky thing. It's, it's. It gets on my nerves.
[00:20:07] They also, like Damien, Damien Priest hit a claymore and they didn't sell it at all. They were just like, hey, he just did a kick. But he like hit the claymore and we kind of just missed that. I don't, I can't put too much on. Jesse Venturi, he's not a, he's not a like, like a full time announcer right now. He's probably only coming for the main event, for the Saturday night main events for one match, but I do enjoy his commentary. But later on, like WrestleMania 41, during the match, Drew McIntyre tried to set up, like, a chair and kick him through the chair to, like, finish him off like that.
[00:20:47] Priest did kick out. So that's what kind. That's why I. That's when I knew Priest was winning the match from there. But then what happened was he didn't win. They eat.
[00:20:59] Drew kicked out of another one of his south of Heaven finishers.
[00:21:03] And it was kind of crazy because, like, he just does a concerto and, like, the match just ends.
[00:21:15] He does it. It just like he hits it and then just walks out the ring, like, through the door.
[00:21:24] And Jesse Ventura just starts crashing out.
[00:21:27] He's just like, why can you just walk through the door in a cage match? Why not just go over the cage? And I can tell Jesse Von Tour was not told to say that. I'm, you know, of course, because this is what we all been thinking. That's one thing I hate about these cage matches is that door. Like, why can he just. Why can anybody just walk out the door? And I'm hoping, like, that was like, made like it made it to the back. And then Triple H is like, yeah, nobody no more walking through the door. Everyone's got to climb the cage because he just beats the shit out of him and just, like, walks out the door.
[00:22:09] So what's the point of climbing the cage? Just beat the shit out of somebody till you walk the fucking door?
[00:22:14] There's no point of climbing the cage. Well, there's no point of climbing the cage.
[00:22:19] I would just always go for opening the door at least.
[00:22:24] Yeah, they need to take that out. Take that out from the cage matches. This. It was a Vince thing and it was stupid and it shouldn't. It shouldn't be there no more. But hopefully Jesse Ventura's crash out will help, you know, that moving forward, because I think that killed the match.
[00:22:42] I think if you would have done the concierge, so then just climbed out the cage, it would have been good. And a lot of people. People were kind of booing, but I thought it was the right decision to have Damen win. I think Damien needed that win. There are reports that Drew is going to be out for a little while. It's probably. He's been getting injured throughout this whole feud, so give him some time off, man. He. He kind of. He. He elevated this feud to more what it should have been, and, yeah, give him a time off. But Priest is up.
[00:23:13] Who knows what they're going to do with Priest. I think he is a little bit more. A little bit more over than he was before the feud. So he's got a little. He doesn't have huge momentum. He's got a little bit of momentum going. So I think you can do something there.
[00:23:27] And that was pretty much about the match three. Most of these matches are getting threes at 2.5, I'll tell you that right now by this time. So before the match started of the steel cage, I literally forgot the world titles on the line. I thought this was going to be the main event until the backstage segment with John Cena and Jey uso. And I was like, oh yeah, the world title is up tonight. I completely forgot. I'm like, I thought the steel cage was the main event. And then John Cena had that backstage with USO and I was like, oh, so.
[00:24:09] So we go to the main event, right? We go to.
[00:24:13] Is Jay USA versus Logan Paul for world title. And so Jay does his entrance and I guess now his gimmick. Part of the gimmick is he's just grabbing a random kid from the crowd and having them eat the little eat thing and let me get big. It's over, bro. That is over. And the kid looked like he was having a seizure, like it was out of sync. And then on top of that, like, like they showed him in the crowd again when he was going back home. He's like, I guess it was very excited. He was having a seizure with his. With his parents or something.
[00:24:52] Other than that, Logan Paul comes out and throughout the match, I'm thinking Logan Paul is very good.
[00:25:00] He. He.
[00:25:01] He's like an AEW wrestler on WWE with a name. And because he's very similar, you know, he has that one. He has that one move that, that one of the AEW guys have.
[00:25:18] I forgot his name. The cowboy guy.
[00:25:23] Yo, I'm sorry, but I completely forgot his name. But he has a c. He has that boat. He has both shot lariat.
[00:25:32] The guy Punk feud with. I completely forgot. I haven't. I don't. I gotta. I don't watch aw as much as I used to. So I, I started to forget their names.
[00:25:43] He's very good. He's very athletic. He jumps around. He's very good. High flyer. He's good. He's good in the ring. I thought this match was not as bad. I think Jay is getting a little bit more tolerable to watch in the ring.
[00:25:59] I do like his world title reign right now. I think it's better than Gunther's and it is. I don't know if it's better than.
[00:26:09] Than Seth's first run because Seth was just not dropping that title. But you knew Seth wasn't going to drop the title.
[00:26:16] It makes it seem like right now they, like jey USO could drop the title at any time and because you don't think he's gonna have the title long. So if they do put it all, it was like a small glimmer of, like, doubt was like, hey, he's not winning the title tonight. I think they're putting it on. On Logan Paul, especially when later in the match, you know, the match was okay. It's.
[00:26:42] They have a match.
[00:26:44] Like I said, Logan Paul is just very good. He does very good springboard type moves.
[00:26:50] He hits that buckshot Larry a very. A lot better than.
[00:26:56] Than.
[00:26:58] I can't remember his name, but it is probably because I'm talking too. Like, I'm pretty sure I'll remember, like, every time I think a cowboy, I think a Cowboy Bob or. And I don't know why, but Adam Page.
[00:27:14] There you go. So he does the bug shot Larry better than Adam Page, man. Like, he does. And see, this is. I've started to forget when people are not over with me. I start to forget. There's a lot of people I have to remember. So that's what happens. But I think he does a better buckshot lariat than Adam Page. And it's kind of up that he took his. His. His move, too. That's like, it used to be his finisher, too. Now it's like, now it's like, just like his, like, before finisher, you know, like how the blue thunderbomb is like, it's just a. It's just a move. It's not the. It's not the finishing move. And yeah, it's like the mid finisher, and he's got like two. He's like. He's got the knockout punch. He's got that other DDT move that's been getting a little over and he didn't use it. So I think they're. They. They're having that move, like, come later because he. Because. Because what happens in the match, like, I. I was like, all right, Jay, us was taking it. And then John Cena comes and rips the referee off. And I'm like, oh, Jay's losing this match. And they're going with. They're putting the. They're putting the belt on Paul, on Logan Paul.
[00:28:26] So I'm like, all right, what's going on? I was a little bit off my feet. I was like, all right, let's See what happens. I'm a little excited.
[00:28:34] Ref is. Was the ref down? Yeah, yeah. Ref was down because when the ref gets pulled from the ring, he's got to be out for like 10 minutes, bro. You gotta be out for like 10 minutes, bro. That's like one ref that oversells the actual hits. And he looks pretty good when he does it. And he can be. He look like he could be out for 30 minutes. These other refs did just like fall out and they're gone. They're gone for like 30 minutes. They're like. They're. They're. They're done. So John Cena does come in. He up the match, and then we get Cody Rhodes return.
[00:29:08] And that was big. That was big. A lot. They popped because no one was knowing if Cody Rose was gonna make it in.
[00:29:17] They didn't think he would come out to help Jay. They thought he'll probably come out to help our Truth. So since he didn't come out for our Truth, which is kind of a little up, but he didn't come out for our Truth. He came out for Jay uso. So he's like, all right, Raw, you know, they used to be tag champions for like two months or a month, so that's fine. That's good that he did that. And.
[00:29:39] And then he, you know, he calls the Logan the match, and from there, that's it. And then he helped John Cena get off the ring and he comes and he. He kind of just announces a match that's going later. I guess the reports were saying that was going to be John Cena and Travis Scott, but I guess his John Cena, Logan Paul, that's a. That's a. That's a strange team. But John Cena, Logan Paul versus Cody Rhodes and Jay USO is gonna be at Money in the bank, so it's gonna be a little tag match.
[00:30:09] The thing about this is that this is going to probably play out like that Zayn and Punk match.
[00:30:17] It's gonna play. I feel like it's gonna be similar like that. I think what they should. Like I said, I think the booking should have went with John Cena versus Punk, Money in the bank, but I guess the writers forgot that, you know, Easter eggs are pretty fun for people and they just decided to just do that. Money in the Bank. I think Money bank is at a stadium too, so they want to get the. The main event guys in there and just do a tag team, which I don't. I'm hoping that's not the main event. I hope the main event is the. Is the actual money in the bank match because it just feels like a tag team match. And it's gonna, it's gonna play out just like the match earlier where it's gonna be two main event guys. Oh, no. All the guys in there are main event guys. And then somebody later is gonna come in and cost the match. And this is probably going. Or Cody might take out because you got to put Cody over, right? You can't have Cody just lose. And then this will probably push to their SummerSlam match because I think that's where we're going. We're going for the rematch at SummerSlam.
[00:31:23] And I don't know if you put the belt back on Cody, we'll probably bring that up like next episode or something. Let's see. Let's see how the promo goes because he's got us. He's got to cut like the promo of the year to kind of put himself back over as hot as he used to be on Monday. Either Monday or Friday. I, I think they'll do it on Monday.
[00:31:45] That's kind of the big angle because he did come in the world title match. So that. Yeah, so we'll see how that promo goes. But that was Saturday night main event. I give that a match a 3 as well. Probably a 2.5. That 3. I think it was probably the better match of the night. And. And the thing about it, they had to rush.
[00:32:07] So as the. So they started the match literally nine minutes before 10 o' clock.
[00:32:13] And they, they threw a ad in there too, which was. I told you that like the ads in these, in this paper and it's not Pay per View in this special. Whatever it is, it was insane.

That's the thing about Saturday night main event. You have to do all these things to get it to be done exactly at 10. So it looks like they had to cut it short.

[00:34:49] It's been kind of bidden in the news cycle and they're getting low ratings. But the thing is, around this time of year should be low ratings. They're not. It's not as exciting as like WrestleMania. And there's a little bit of holes in Triple H's booking. People are starting to notice, so that's very important.
[00:35:09] It's not just like, I mean, they're making a lot of money, bro. Those tickets prices are off the roof.
[00:35:18] Make a lot of money, bro. They make a lot of money. But the low ratings is just like, just people. Just the TV talks and every day just people watching the product. And it's not super low, right? I think it's just low in their realm of low. It's not like, like, aw is pretty low right now. Like, I think they're going a little bit up. But they were regularly 1 million 900.
[00:35:45] There was a point they were regularly in the 9 hundreds and 8 hundreds and now they're like regularly in the 6 hundreds. So it's different for. It's different for WWE because they stay in the millions.
[00:36:00] There is reports that, like, the Netflix people aren't watching. Like, they're not cracking like a million live and they're cracking. The only time they crack over a million is when people do the playbacks and the watchbacks. And I'll tell you right now, it's not really them in that situation, but it kind of is. It's more along the lines that after most people have noticed that after you watch.
[00:36:23] When you watch Raw after, when it's not live, there's no ads.
[00:36:28] So the ads are very like, they get in the way. They just do.
[00:36:35] Like, that's why ples are so much more important because, like, there's not a lot of ads. The ads are like after the match, but during the match, people could just tune out. So that's what's happening. The ads are kind of. They're kind of straying away. People watching. But because some people just. I see. I watch for some of the matches. Most people, most casuals like watching. They watch for the angles, man. They watch for the story. They watch for the angles.
[00:37:02] Like their. Their core fan base isn't like the AEW core fan base where the core famous for AEW are just watching the cool that happens in the matches. The core fan base for WWE are just like angles. And that's the best part, right? I do believe that's more of that. That just makes more money and it draws more. Right. I think you have the best of both worlds with these two different companies. And if they just mix both of them together, which Smackdown starting to get like that. I said this before, that smackdown's becoming more of like, the angles are kind of weak, but the wrestling is good. And then Raws the other way around. Like, the. The wrestlings are okay because some of the matches are pretty fun to watch and then the angles are hot. So.
[00:37:51] But the low ratings, I do think.
[00:37:55] I do think it's just people tuning off during the ads during the matches. The ads during the matches. I think people are tuning off and the. We're at a point where the big story lines aren't hitting yet. I think that's what's gonna happen in. In June and July because whatever SummerSlam is, I think SummerSlam's in August.
[00:38:16] That July month is going to be hot, bro. I feel. I feel like that July month is going to be hot. They have two nights for SummerSlam. They got to start building now.

I think May has always been a slow month for, for wrestling because it's just the high of WrestleMania and then we kind of have to bring everything back down to a level and then we have to start building everything up. So that's what's kind of going on there. That's my thoughts on the low ratings. I think they're gonna be kicking back up. And as long as those ticket prices are extremely high, they're making a lot of money. It doesn't matter.

They were thinking like, you know, the prince is a mark, bro. So he's probably like pay. Hey, hey, what's your TV deal. I'll give you double that just to have this at WrestleMania, but not. It ended up being. Well, the reports are saying that it's gonna probably be in Vegas again. The thing is, the Vegas WrestleMania was kind of stupid. It was not the place, just the card. The card was underwhelming. I think WrestleMania 41 wasn't a good card, so. But they did make a lot of money in Vegas. So I'm guessing, like, they're just like, hey, we're gonna do a better chance.

But before, after all that, that's when Julia comes in and Glad they moved Julia to smackdown. She looks like a star again. She doesn't feel like she's part of just this. This. This tag team. That just doesn't make sense. She was already a star coming in, and then they have her kind of looking like a star again.
[00:48:10] I talked about this in Saturday night's main event. Zelina's just not getting over.
[00:48:15] She's getting little small pops, and they need to turn her heel. I started wondering why she was in the match, if she was gonna take the pinfall. It made no sense at all. It really did. They should have just had someone else. They could have had Zelina. They could have had a. An angle with Zelina and Chelsea Green and just put it on and have, like, the match, the card get put together, but made no sense. But the crowd started at 1. One point in the match, the crowd started yelling like they want tables, and Charlotte, being a good heel, started playing into it, and it made her more.
[00:48:57] It. It got her a little bit more heat, and that's what's good, right? I like. I like when she's a heel.
[00:49:03] At the end, Julia does win the match. I thought that was a pretty good match too. Like I said, there's two of them in there that are good in ring. Zelina was just there. She started getting a little bit good, but then, like, she just. Just lost momentum. And then Julia does pins Alina, so she pins that. The. She pins the champion. So you just bury your champion like that. So it's. It's fine, right? So we see Zelina not having the belt too much longer, even though she won a Saturday night's main event. The next. She's losing the next feud.
[00:49:35] Unless they turn her heel later on. We get into the tag match. The, the tag team, not the tag match. The tag team kind of circle like Vortex and it's Tommaso Ciampa versus Chris Sabian from the, from the Motor City Machine Guns. And I, I, I feel like I never heard that DIY theme before. It might be a new theme or maybe I've just always missed it or maybe they always do the entrances during an ad and I don't remember but I think Champa and Chris were having a great match.
[00:50:12] They're having an amazing match. I think both of them are good in the ring and I do like the, everyone in that tag team division for Smackdown is very good.
[00:50:22] They like, they're all good workers, bro. They all, they all, they all can put on exciting matches. I do like they're, they're kind of like that, that the. In ring they're very good, but the, the angles are a little strange. But in ring they're fantastic.

[00:50:41] Tommaso Ciampa, he does something really, really good and really heelish. I think he, he pretends to hurt his knee and once it makes it look real. I knew it wasn't real.

[00:51:05] And Candace Delaray makes her debut with the DIY in the main roster. And this is perfect, right? The DIY has been slowly getting over.
[00:51:17] So throw that. And they've been building DIY pretty good, right? They've, they've built them pretty well and they're getting over. That's what it is.
[00:51:29] I, I kind of have a theory of something later on. Now that I talked about it, it kind of spark a little idea in my head and that's what happened. We already talked about the Drew precinct, what happened on Saturday night main event.
[00:51:45] I think they're cutting too fast to the next segments when these things happen too. So once Candace Larae got into diy, they cut to the segment like fast as hell. It was like Solo. It was like the bloodline back in the backstage and they're talking.

[00:53:50] Phoenix is very, he's started to get a little bit more exciting again. I like the way they did the camera angles during the match and in Phoenix is very good. He did a very, very, very nice looking crossbody springboard to the outside of the ring. On the, on the guys at the end. They put Cobb over. Not Cobb, J.C. mateo, that's his name, J.T. mateo. They put him over by him pinning Jimmy and then I guess like Cobb and fought too. Just because he's saying he doesn't trust him and you know, they put him in a tag match and they win. So like now the trust is being established. So I do like where the bloodline story is going. I like that it's, you know, it's the mid card, it's is going to start holding together the mid card guys.
[00:54:43] Then it goes to a promo with La Knight in the back and La Knight cuts a very, very good old school promo. Man, he needs to be champion. I think he should be the one to dethrone John Cena. And I keep saying it, but we'll get there when we get there.

[00:56:53] It's Fraxium versus Street Profits. And I think Fraxium has probably the worst entrance I've ever seen in wrestling history.

So they've got somebody in the producer truck who works for them and they just come in the ring and that's what happens. I hate that they came into the tag team picture. I guess it's probably because one of the Wyatt's, one of the faction members does have beef. Should have beef with diy.

[01:07:52] He was the very conscious rapper when he came out. Well, you know, producer that can. That. That was doing conscious rap when he came out. He turned later. That was that gimmick. Then he got more of an.
[01:08:10] That was the next gimmick. You know, every album he has a like a new gimmick. And then they will. There was one. He was the artsy guy who's the fashion guy.

[01:08:28] He always has a gimmick, right? Even the church. That church album, the gospel album, he was just God loving. And then the next gimmick was. Was him just being anti Semitic as fuck.

I just don't. He probably went to go for a role and if he goes for the role, he gets it. He better smoke it. But I don't believe that there was a movie theater that collapsed during Final Destination. I think that's pretty ironic.
[01:10:50] That's all I gotta say for that. There was a, you know, movies called Final Destination where crazy happens and then you're in the movie theater watching Final Destination and some Final Destination happens in a movie theater.

[01:11:18] I went on a big rant about Disney and if you want, go, go, go go check that out. I talk about more about Disney and their live actions. A little bit of Marvel. And I guess now Marvel has delayed Doomsday and Marvel has delayed the Secret wars to a couple months for each film. So Doomsday was gonna come out May 2026 is now coming out in December, and Secret War is coming out December 2027, and it was supposed to come out May 2027.
[01:11:55] I think they. One thing the film industry needs to stop doing is putting dates before the movie's done. Think they should just finish the movie and then announce a date.
[01:12:05] Very, very stupid when they do that because it never ends up being what they always say it's going to be.
[01:12:10] So the film industry just needs to start learning.
[01:12:14] Doomsday was supposed to be Kang's Dynasty, and then Jonathan Major decided to just smack bitches so that. That he got taken out.
[01:12:26] So now they had to pivot and they put in Robert Downey Jr. To be Doomsday. Dr. Doom. Doomsday, Dr. Doom.
[01:12:35] And they're gonna revolve Dr. Doom the movie around Dr. Doom. And I'm guessing the Fantastic Four is going to be involved in everything. And these Avenger movies aren't getting built too, too strongly. I don't think people are caring as much. But I do think that next year people are going to catch up now that the Avengers movie is going to come out. I do believe people will start watching all the Avengers movies that are going to lead up to the Doomsday one or they're going to watch it before Secret wars, but I do think they're with all the shows and everything, there's just too much to catch up on. And they should have just kept it movies and specials instead of actual TV shows. But Disney wants that money, bro. They want that money. So who cares? They're just like, hey, just stretch all these things out until we get something. And it's been a. I think it's been like six, seven years since the last Avengers movie.
[01:13:38] So let's see what happens. Um, listen, if the movie got pushed back is because something's not done. And hopefully they fix up some things that need to be fixed up, because those movies are gonna be part of the big box office hits that Disney not needs, but Disney, like sort of needs to get back the Marvel fans. I think Marvel's been slipping up too much and it just doesn't feel exciting.
[01:14:13] So if they. Because you want these adventure movies to be good, this is what all. Everything's leading to these Avengers movies. So these Avengers movies need to like that. Especially the Doomsday one. Has to be good. It has to be good. If Doomsday flops, then the entire Marvel. The rest of the Marvel movies will flop other than Spider Man. But I think now Spider Man's coming out first, but then, you know, that's probably going to be delayed. So unfortunately for the Marvel fans that were very, very excited about next year, you gotta wait a little longer. I'm sorry, guys, blame, you know, blame Disney for announcing things too soon. And that's what it is. But that's kind of all the things that are happening.
