So it's like the editing takes another three hours and it's for five views and when I can just make the full Patreon version and people are watching more of the clips anyway. [00:04:17] Here's what we're gonna do. [00:04:19] We're gonna talk about Smackdown that happened last week before Night of Champions. [00:04:25] Not too much. Just. Just like the four things I want to talk about. Then we're going to talk about Night of Champions. [00:04:31] Then we're going to talk about Monday Night Raw. [00:04:34] Some of the headlines for wrestling when we get into music, we're going to talk about two things. Mainly. There's not really much things going on I didn't want. It's very. The two topics are very like Drake Centric because it's like a T pain and Drake Beef that happened that want to have give my thoughts on and then just Drake UMG situation that kind of has been happening. That's kind of the two big headlines really in music when it comes to album reviews. Well, there's gonna be another. We're gonna do that. We're gonna have Patreon episodes for that. So just hold on for that. [00:05:13] When it comes to gaming, we're gonna talk about. [00:05:16] There's like they. We're talking about what the next Halo is gonna look like. [00:05:21] We might dip in a little bit more into the Xbox next gen console that's kind of been rumored going around. [00:05:30] And then when it comes to movies and tv, we're gonna talk about why Roman Reigns is Akuma and I guess Cody's in the movie now too. [00:05:41] And on top of that, about Squid Game. [00:05:44] So yeah, so we're. We're. We have topics, but the main. Main meat of the show is going to be wrestling. I tell you this right now. Sometimes the main media show is something else. Like last week, we did talk about a lot, a lot about what was going on. The music. [00:05:59] Maybe I'll give my thoughts a little bit on the Diddy trial. But that might be a separate video for like Patreon exclusive. Of course. Patreon exclusive too. But most people. So this is not gonna really be Patreon exclusive is Like Patreon for this. The Patreon is gonna get it at like 5pm, 6. 5pm I think I put. I wrote it down. [00:06:21] 6pm 6pm on. [00:06:24] On Sundays and 6pm on Wednesdays. Patreon gets this whole show. People are mostly watching clips, and a lot of the editing is just taking too long. Where I want to put out for you guys already. So that's what I'm gonna do. So that's what we'll do there and May. [00:07:16] You know, this is like the set, right? So it gets a little hot in here sometimes. I don't know why, but that's just what happens. So let's start. Let's jump into some things, right? Because it's been seven minutes in, and this is what we're gonna do on smackdown. [00:07:35] There's this thing going on where I'm only going to talk about four things, right? [00:07:43] CM Punk and John Cena had a promo battle, right? So a lot of people were liking the Cena pipe bomb. That happened two for Smackdowns ago or. Yeah, two Smackdowns ago where he did the pipe bomb. I did talk about it, have a video about it. [00:07:59] And those. I told you what bothered me, right? It bothered me that CM Punk kind of just stood in the middle of the ring and just did nothing, right? So to. I was kind of thinking, okay, CM Punk's got to come back, like, with fire, right? [00:08:16] And on that Smackdown, they had CM Punk come out with the. With the Doctor of Thuganomics gimmick and do a rap battle of John Cena. Now, am I gonna say it's all bad? It's the worst. No, it's not. Worst promo I've ever seen. It's not even that. That bad. The thing is, I did expect a little bit more. [00:08:38] He. He messed up on some of the raps, and he didn't really have that much, you know, flow that Cena kind of could deliver. [00:08:45] And a lot of the things didn't hit too hard. I think the hardest I remember was they saying that they hired his ex or something. [00:08:55] And I think that's just. That wasn't enough of a hard hit. [00:09:01] I think Cena's pipe bomb just was a little bit harder. And I didn't like the. I just wish Punk just came out there and just cut a promo just without the gimmick. That's why I believe. I think it just wasn't that that good. It was okay. It wasn't that that bad. Like it was. [00:09:20] It's just not. It's something I rather forget than remember. [00:09:24] So that's kind of the main thing that I remember. Cared about that smackdown. Tiffany Stratton did. [00:09:33] She retained her title in the Last Woman Standing match. [00:09:36] And the two things I want to talk about, I'll probably talk about this. [00:09:44] I'll talk about one thing when we get to Raw. [00:09:47] One thing is, where's the Miz, right? [00:09:51] We haven't seen Carmelo in, I think, a couple weeks or feels like it. And then he kind of popped up on smackdown, but the Miz wasn't there. And I was like, damn, the Miz is really not there. And I remember there was a rumor that he said that not he. But they said that he was getting cut because he dropped all his wwe. [00:10:09] Like, he. It looked like he cut ties with wwe. He, like, erased a lot of things, right? [00:10:14] So they're saying, like, he was probably getting cut, but this looks like it's more likely now. And it's because we haven't really seen him on tv. Like, he was in the middle of, like, a gimmick with. With Carmelo Hayes, and I think it was just a little bit too comedic. [00:10:31] And I think right now WWE just wants to drop all their comedy acts. That's why our truth came back so serious. [00:10:38] Because I think the comedy acts. [00:10:41] I think Triple H just doesn't like them. Triple H doesn't like the comedy acts. He's getting a little tired of them. And I think too much is too. Is a little bit. [00:10:51] A little bit, like, bad. But I don't think not having no comedy on the show, we have to have a little comedy gimmick, like at least one and any show. [00:11:02] And I don't. I haven't seen any. I haven't seen the Miz around. That's kind of like nuts, right? Like, he's been there. He's a long time. He's been there for a lot of years. [00:11:11] He. He still gets reactions. He can still talk. He can still. When he feels like working, he can do work. And he's. He's always been there to put on for the. For the newer talent for them to feud with. Like, it's always been like the gatekeeper of. Of new talent coming into the. The main roster. So it's kind of weird that he's not there. And he. [00:11:32] And I believe he was feuding with Aleister Black. So what they might do, because now Aleister Black is going to be feuding with. With Our Truth and I think Damien priest, but mainly R. T.R. [00:11:43] it's kind of crazy, right? Because it looked like Damian Priest was going to feud with what's his name with Jacob Fatu, and they kind of just dropped that storyline like they did. It just got dropped. So Jacob Fatu. And as you can see, as we'll talk about later on the Night of Champions when we start reviewing the show, that's not. I don't think that's gonna happen anymore. I'll say that. [00:12:12] So. Because ended up Fatu and ended up losing the title. So now it's just Fatu in the bloodline that. That's an angle now. But the Miz. [00:12:22] The Miz got like Black masked by. [00:12:27] By Aleister Black and then it just. He just never resurfaced. So that's that. [00:12:34] I. I want to know where the Miz is. Is he here? Is he still on there? Are we. Is he gonna come back with Our Truth? Are they going to come back? And. And if you. [00:12:43] Now Our Truth is feuding with Alistair Black and they look like they went back to Our Truth. They're not gonna. They're not gonna run with the Ron Killings gimmick anymore. [00:12:51] They're probably. And they'll probably just bring in a very serious, awesome Truth as their last run. Like they're both probably gonna get last runs or something. And I don't think if Miz goes anywhere, I think. I don't think he's gonna get like the same reaction like Our Truth did. Like, Our Truth was getting a major crazy reaction so when he left. So I don't think. I don't think it's gonna be a lot of push for it Miz as much as Our Truth. But it's kind of sad, man, because one thing about Vince, sometimes those guys like that, like the Miz and. [00:13:23] And Our Truth, they. They look like they'll be lifers. Like TKO is a little bit more brutal. No, it looks like they'll be like there for a while. So, like, once you're there for a while, you're gonna get into a Legends. You're gonna be like a legend or something, right? Like a Legends contract or anything. So it's kind of sad not seeing there, but hopefully everything's good for the Miz. If he goes probably go to tna. [00:13:45] I can see him going tna. I can't see him in aw. I can kind of mainly see him in tna. So hopefully everything's all good with the Miz. Man, sad to not see people when you know they were just featured on TV. Especially long timers. Like Ms. [00:14:00] One thing I do want to talk about, you know, we'll get. We'll get to it right now. We'll get to it right now. The tag team division in WWE is very stale and I think the tag team division, all companies are very stale, but the tag team division, especially in wwe, are stale as hell. [00:14:20] I there was. [00:14:22] So right now it seems like everyone's going against the tag teams. [00:14:27] The Wyatt Six, right? That gives it the centerpiece of the. Of the tag team division. Of what everyone's attacking them because they all. They were having a match of the Street Profits and man, I feel like they. The tag team matches just haven't had a real finish. Like when they did the Fraxium match with the Street Profits that that didn't finish. They did the. [00:14:53] And it went to DQ and so did this one. So right now the tag team title reign for for Street Profits has been just. [00:15:03] Well, they had that awesome TLC match during. After WrestleMania, so. And I think they've had it before WrestleMania too. So I guess they had a run, but not really. And then when you look at it, there's like four tag teams. They were all in the back arguing and it's like the title is literally exchanging between four teams and it just doesn't feel like it's enough. Like they do a lot of releases, but instead of doing releases, put these tag teams we need. They should probably put a little bit more tag teams in the show, right? And. [00:15:35] And then the other thing is there's like probably three tag teams on Raw. [00:15:42] And here's the thing, we're gonna skip to this right here, right now. [00:15:48] The New Day just lost their titles to the Judgment Day. So the title is right back around. It went from the Judgment Day to the War Raiders to New Day to the Judgment Day. [00:16:06] So it just went in a complete circle. And that's what's happening with Attack Division right now. It's just going in a complete circle. Like there's a total of probably seven teams on the in the entire company and there's got to be like a change up or something. Like it's got to switch and I like the new day as a team or. I like their heel. I like their heel Personas, but I hate their booking. [00:16:29] Their booking was terrible. And that's the thing about. [00:16:32] It's the thing about Triple H. There's some. He has very. He's very, very good at certain booking. And then he just doesn't care about the other things. There should be more than one like Booker right now, right? [00:16:45] Or had a creative or something. I don't know. I don't know. But the tag team division is very. It kind of sucks. It. It's not good. [00:16:55] And I remember seeing all the tag teams in the back when they were all arguing and then they all came to. They all came to interrupt the tag team match later. And it's like, there's not enough tag teams. And then on top of everybody, everyone's already won the tag team title. Other than fraction, which I hope they don't because I don't like them as a team. I don't care. I kind of don't like them as a team. But everyone's already won a title. [00:17:24] Oh, well, except the wide 6 2. And then are you gonna give it to a wide six like the two guys that. On the wide six that don't really need to be in the team. And that's another thing. The wide six. I think the gimmick is done. I think if you're gonna have the Wyatt's, you should just have the two Wyatt's. Eric Rowan and Bo Dallas. [00:17:44] I don't think the other. I don't care about the other two. [00:17:48] I just don't care. I don't care about the other two. [00:17:51] One of them was in diy. Diy and they just completely acting like they don't know who he is or matter. [00:17:58] So why should we care? Like, I don't know. I don't know. The tag team division needs help. They need like a specific tag team division booker or something. I don't think one person. I think they should. [00:18:15] Someone should be booking the tag teams by themselves. That's what they should be doing. [00:18:20] But what do I know, right? I'm just. I'm just a mark with a mic. So, yeah, the tag team division needs help. And then like I said, New Day lost it to the Judgment Day. I like the Judgment Day. Being Attack team champions. I like. I like it. I do like it, but I don't like the new day losing without getting any, like, heat. [00:18:40] Their run was terrible. They never got really any screen time. They've always. All their time was off screen. Unless you had like a specific. Specific Netflix or something. I don't know, like, from another country. [00:18:53] You barely got to see them on tv. And they're your champions, man. [00:18:56] And that. That's the thing. That's the thing that kind of pisses me off a little bit. It's like, hey, like, what's going on with the tag team division? Because it needs to be spiced up. I. It's not. I think all the companies are like that. Don't get me wrong, because aws, they've got the Herb Syndicate, but. [00:19:15] And then again, I have. I've been keeping up with aw. I haven't watched. I told you, I'm gonna. The first show I'm gonna watch is gonna be all in when I start watching again. I heard the TV's getting better, so we'll take a look. Like Dynamite's getting a little better. But as far as WWE goes, tag team division ain't cutting it. They need more tag teams. I know it was a little late, but I had things to do on Sunday, so let's do this. So the Knight of Champions, they are in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. [00:20:32] Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Right. So the Saudi crowd. I said last week that depending on how I would. Depending how the Saudis react, it was going to be how big marks they are with the CM Punk tweet. And they. They. They knew that tweet, the blood money tweet. That was like a big headline saying that, oh, CM Punk apologized for his tweet to miss. [00:21:00] Look, man, it was funny at the time. He's saying he's not. It's not part of. It's not. Part of. It wasn't for Saudi Arabia. And, you know, he never said that he just said, you just say, hey, suck a blood money dick or something. [00:21:12] He never had. He never said Saudi Arabia. So he's right. But he did apologize to the, to the. To Saudi Marks, which I didn't know how big of marks Saudi Arabia are. Like they. To them. For them to know all that and everything. They. They kind of knew some of the jokes when, when Punk was. [00:21:32] When Punk started saying about the, the, the things to Cena, they were kind of oohing, but I think so. So that CM Punk promo segment should have been done in the United States. I think it would hit a little harder. I think some of the things that he said, the Saudi Arabian crowd would not have cared. It was a lot of insider hits. So. [00:21:55] But either. Well, the Saudi Arabia crowd have gotten way better since back in the day. Back in the day they were just. [00:22:02] It was just like, hey, here's a glorified house show now. They're. They're hot. They're. They're liking it. And I think it's because like, you know, W's got a lot of reach now. They got a lot more recent before they're always going to Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia is like the, the new love child of wwe and that's because the Saudi prince is probably the biggest mark in the world. [00:22:22] So that's what it is there. It was a hot crowd. It was, it was. The crowd's hot. And I like that. I like when the show was hot. I like when the crowd's hot. I like that lot. The, the show was announced by Michael Cole and Wade Barrett. I do like them as a team. [00:22:41] I love their chemistry. I like them both being like. Because Cole's kind of like analyst and then Bears like the old wrestler. [00:22:50] So I like when both of them are the team. I really enjoy Cole also being with. [00:22:58] With Corey Graves more than Pat McAfee. I think Pat McAfee needs to only be there for like the Royal Rumbles should make Pat McAfee like a ple exclusive for the big shows. WrestleMania Royal Rumble, Survivor Series since SummerSlam. I think that's where they should keep Pat McAfee. I think he's. Or they have him a three man team. Three man team and have Pat McAfee as a third man. [00:23:24] But I like Colin Bear. I like. I like him a lot. [00:23:28] The match the. The Pay per View starts with and they open with Cody Rhodes versus Randy Orton for the King of the Ring. [00:23:37] I guess the King of the Ring. The King of Ring title too. So that whoever wins goes to SummerSlam and fights Cena Now I'll tell you something. I knew Cody was gonna win. I knew Cody was gonna win. We said it in the last video, we said in the last show, last episode, Cody Rhodes will win. He's got a fight. Cena again. Because if they're gonna put Oren to win or it's got to be in a triple threat with CM Punk and I, I those labels less likely to happen. And they, they were going to do the Cody Rhodes and John Cena rematch. That, that was inevitable. Had to be done. SummerSlam everybody who saw it, I saw this since, since February this year. That was gonna happen. So the match was decent. It was, it was a roads and co and a Rosenorton match. They have. [00:24:22] I like that it was like the old mentor and the new, the new, you know, because Cody and Randy were in the leg. Were both in Legacy or in had. He had Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes, young Cody Rhodes and young Ted DiBiase Jr. In Legacy. And it's good to see like years later them wrestling. And I do like that this first match for a long time since Cody's return and him and Oren, that it wasn't a heel turn match. [00:24:55] Here's what I'm trying to say because it kind of does. Let me get, I'll get into it. So when the mat, like the build up was, hey, we're both gonna fight each other for, for something, right? It's not like, hey, you turned on me, I turned on, I turned on you turn on me. And I'm. When I were fighting, it's like, hey, we're both fighting for something. So I like that was a baby face versus baby face. [00:25:14] And the match was decent. There's a lot of near falls and everything too. [00:25:21] There was a point Orton was gonna punt Cody Rhodes and that's where, you know, I like that they did that because they, they were like, hey, Orton had his number. Orton could have just punted Cody Rhodes in the head and won the match. But the, the thing is with the punt, that move is over. Like, hey, this move can put you out. That's what they, that's what, that's what the Orton pun is. And I still like that they keep it like that. Like, no, no one really kicks out of the punt. The one, that punt that, that, that move is very protective. That's a very protective move and I love it. I can't remember if anybody did. People probably did or. But I can't remember anybody ever kicked out of them that move. [00:26:08] So it's like, hey, Oren would have won, but Orton stumbled a little bit and then he went to go do it, and it gave enough time for Cody Rhodes to dodge it. [00:26:17] A lot of RKO's, a lot of near falls. [00:26:20] One thing that happened was that Randy Orton was just like, fuck it. He kind of pulled a little bit of a heel move, and that's just what he does. He pulled. He pulled like a heel move and he went to go grab the chair, but just to distract the referee so he can take off the turnbuckle and smack Cody with it, take his head and then take Cody's head and then hit him with it. [00:26:49] People are saying this is a heel move. [00:26:52] The next thing that happened was a heel move. And I don't think so. [00:26:54] What Orton did was a heel move, right? He was going to smack Cody with the thing to try to take him out, because he can't take him out. So we were teasing more of a. Of an Orton heel turned anything but Cody Rhodes. What happened with Cody Rhodes, he took. [00:27:11] He took Orton and because he dodged it, he, like, countered it, took Orton and pushed him onto his ribs, onto the exposed turnbuckle, and then did a crossroads to win. People are saying that was kind of Heelish, and I don't think so because it's not the first time a Babyface has had. Has had to counteract a heel move with a kind of heal move to win the match. And that's not gonna. I don't think that really turns him a baby face. I mean, a tournament heel. I think, I think it's still fine. I think it's not bad. [00:27:49] It doesn't seem like it's, oh, my God, he's turning heel. He's got moved. But that's, like, been the headlines a little bit about a Cody heel turn, and we'll talk about that later. We'll talk about the, the Cody Hill turn topic. We'll talk about that later. But, but when it comes to the match, nah, Orton did try to get one on him, and then a Babyface will usually, you know, stop the. Stop the Heelish move and then get them. Get him back with it. So it's. It's not out of the ordinary. So Cody wins, and it looks like Orton is just not happy about it. But then Cody does put him over when he wins, he's like, hey, Orton was one of the greatest. Was one of the greatest, and he did pretty well. [00:28:30] You know, thank you to Oren and everything. And orange is kind of looking back, Orange is kind of like looking like he. He wasn't pleased. But who knows? Who knows what happens, right? So that. That was their match. [00:28:44] It was okay match. It was good. It was good, you know, it was a good king of the ring match. [00:28:49] Ain't the worst, ain't the best. [00:28:51] So average match. Not average, but a little bit above average. It was fun to watch. So then after the next match was Rhea, Ripley and Raquel Rodriguez. And I'm telling you, this match was decent. But the video package made it seem like these two have been feuding for a year and has been like the greatest feud in of the year for the women's division. [00:29:21] They were the package up telling here. Here's how it went. [00:29:25] The match was made just randomly. [00:29:29] Not randomly, but Raquel calls Rhea a title. The Queen of the ring. Rhea cost Raquel the queen of the ring. [00:29:39] They get into a segment where they brawl and they go into a street fight. That was the build, the video package. If you did not watch Smackdown at Raw any time before that, the video package was, hey, they've been best friends for years. [00:29:56] That for a long time. And then that bad blood, she screwed her. Like, wait a minute, did I miss an entire show? [00:30:09] But the video package was great. If you did not care about the build. Because I thought was it was good. [00:30:16] Especially someone who doesn't know, like. Like I didn't know all that shit. So I guess this is what happened, right? So it was a street fight. Those tables, those chairs, they got to abroad those one time Raquel had Rhea hung up on the apron. On the apron, on the apron, on the. On the ropes and started hitting with a candlestick. Was pretty good. [00:30:46] Roxanne came in, came through, try to cause Ria the match, but I thought that was it. [00:30:52] I thought they were gonna push Raquel because I felt that was what was gonna happen. And nah, they, they. Rhea has to win. So Ripley, she did a riptide off of. So this was wacky. So Raquel, like, she like set up a table but like on all four legs on top of the turnbuckle. So I'm thinking, what the hell is she gonna do, right? Because, like, was she going to do the little choke. The choke slam finish she does through the table? Like, I don't know what was the plan, but what happened was Rhea to counter it. [00:31:31] And when she countered it, she put rock when she put Raquel on top of the table and did a riptide from the top of the table off into the ring that the tables on top of the turnbuckle. So that's good to know that, that things like that can happen because I was a little scared. I thought they were gonna, I thought they were gonna lose their balance because it was a little risky. It was wacky a little bit, but it was really risky. But it was still good. [00:32:01] I thought she was going to rip tie through the table of the turnbuckle. I was like, damn, that would have been crazy. But I don't know how that's gonna work and you need a lot of force for that. And I don't think it was possible. So they didn't like that. [00:33:50] Like, is he a good worker or not? I enjoyed the match. I think this was my favorite match of the show because I was very interested in what Karen Cross is doing. He's got a lot of charisma in the ring. I like his ring entrance. [00:34:06] The Saudi Arabian. [00:34:08] They, they. So the crowd was more popping for Sammy because they do like Sami Zayn a lot over there. [00:34:16] It's not a home crowd because you're from Canada, but I guess a really home religion or crowd or something. I don't know. They really like him and they kind of use. He's like, they really like him. So that's how, that's how I know he's winning the Royal Rumble. If he wins it, he's gonna win in Saudi Arabia. He's winning the Royal Rumble there. Guarantee you. So people were saying that Karrion Kross can't take back bumps and this entire show was not show. This entire was just to prove that he can take a lot of back bumps. That, that was not true. So I saw a lot of back bumps. [00:34:54] So that put that to rest. And like I said, the match was great. I thought it was a good match. I, I really enjoyed this match and it's because Kara Cross is an interesting character and I think the in ring work there was a little bit of, a tiny bit of sloppiness. Sammy Zayn is gonna be over with. He's the underdog no matter what. [00:35:32] I do think Karrion Kross could have won this match and it would not have hurt Sammy. But also. So I'm okay with Sami Zayn winning this match because it looks like they're going to continue the feud and I think they can give Kross to win later on. [00:35:50] But if Sammy would have lost his match, it wouldn't have been bad. But they can probably have Karrion Kross beat him later on. Probably. They should continue this to like SummerSlam and have Carrion Cross win at SummerSlam. That'd be a very, very big look. [00:36:06] And the crowd, he's got fan favorite. The crowd's behind them. John Cena throws Rollins out, gets the 1, 2, 3, runs out and runs with the belt and gets out of there and beats as a DBC and Punk and I remember last episode saying, how are they gonna get Punk out of here, right? How they beat. How. How they gonna beat CM Punk? Like, you can't just. It's got to be shenanigans. And I'm glad to have it with the Seth Rollins things because now you can push that Seth Rollins and CM Punk for you to end and ended at SummerSlam and then what's it called? And then Cena and Cody and then Cena just walks off. So that's it. And that's the match and that's the pay per view. It wasn't too much going on in the pay per view. I think a lot of things just got pushed forward. A lot of storylines got pushed forward, but not really any ending results. So the only ending result was the real Ripley and Raquel Rodriguez story. [00:51:19] They give it the title to Roxanne Perez and now they're gonna do because of Evolution. It was supposed to be, I guess the, the Bellas versus Liv and Raquel. Now it's been changed to a fatal four way between a tag team between all brands and a four way for the titles. And I think that's just gonna say that Raquel and Roxanne are gonna retain because a lot of plans got changed because of Liv Morgan's injury. So that's what happened there. [00:51:56] I, they, they gave Kyrie saying like pirate promo. And I thought that was gonna lead to maybe an EO versus Oscar versus Kyrie Sane match, which would be fantastic. I said this before. And I do believe possib they might do like a damage control thing that Kyrie, Zane and Asuka come back, fight Rio rip like they like cost Rhea the match. These three have to have like a triple threat or at least two of these three have to like have a match. I, I think they stopped caring for this pay per view. Honestly, they stopped caring for the pay per view and now it's. They're more focused on the Goldberg match, it seems like. So now Gunther's in a mix with between them because of the segment that happened. So yeah, we can see what happens. We can see what goes on. So yeah, and that was Raw Aim. That much happened. Ain't really much happened on Raw and that's what it is. But we're gonna talk about something right now, so let's talk about it. Because one thing people are thinking that they're teasing that Cody Rhodes might be turning heel because like I always said, the match earlier, and they're saying that maybe he'll turn heel and Cena might turn baby face and it might be a double turn, like SummerSlam or something. [00:55:54] The thing is, there's just too many heels right now, and with Cody being the biggest baby Face, I don't know if anyone will allow that to happen, no matter what the Rock says. [00:56:06] I know. I think the Rock wants Cody to turn baby face a heel. From what. From what I've been reading in his reports going on, that he's thinking about it. I think he's also said an interview before. [00:56:19] I do remember a long time ago, he said on aew, like, they interviewed him, he said he never wanted to go heal. He always wanted to stay at Babyface. And that's the other thing, right? I don't. I think they're working people. I think they're trying to get people to think that he might turn heel and they might play to some storyline. [00:56:38] One thing about this, because it's gonna. This probably gonna tie into the John Cena storyline, right? [00:56:44] John Cena is really in tune with what the fans say online. Like, is there. So is Triple H. Like, they're all in tune. Like, they're all in there. They can hear what you guys say. They can hear this probably, though. Probably the little small bit of views that I guess probably just, like, from one of them, right? So. So I do believe that they are in tune with the Internet. They can hear the reports. The reports are loud. [00:57:07] They're saying, hey, Cody, heel turn might be coming. [00:57:13] I don't think that's the case. I think that might be playing into, like, the SummerSlam storyline, that they're like, hey, like, John Cena is gonna be like, hey, the fans don't even like you anymore, and you need to become a bad guy. And this like that. And Cody's just teasing heel turn all the way. All the way, all the way, teasing a heel turn. [00:57:36] And at the very end, that might happen where he's about to turn heel and he doesn't. And he doesn't turn heel. And then he gets probably like a. A pop from, like, the baby face fans. He wins by not turning heel because he Needs to. I still think the program with him and the Rock have to happen, right? It has to happen. Like you don't give a fuck. Like he's a. He's got. He's a baby face, but he's got kind of that heel ish Persona. But people like him. So I think they should do that with Cody as well. I don't think Cody's gonna go fully heal because goes heal. They're gonna cheer and now he's a baby face. So no matter what, he would always still be a baby face. And at this point, there was so much heat going on around that area around Toronto, like, around that, like, area that if this would have continued, would have got worse. And I'm not talking about money made off the artist because I don't think Drake ain't getting money off this. I think Kendrick and UMG made money off of it. [01:43:37] And no one thought about what could happen next. I mean, somebody. [01:43:43] I think the song should not have been on streaming platforms. I don't think. Do I think there's a lawsuit if ESPN didn't have Serena Williams Crip walking and playing out like us? No. [01:45:05] Do I think there's a lawsuit if BET is playing is centering 2024 award show around not like us? No. Do I believe if the super bowl announcement happened, Do I believe there's a lawsuit? No. I did. There's so many factors that played into this that someone's just like I, enough now. Umg, you guys are doing too much now. I'm, I, I'm going to, I'm going to do this right for hip hop. Do I think it was a big mistake? [01:45:45] I sort of do. I do believe that the heat was going down around the time the lawsuit didn't happen. So I think people were starting to not care anymore until the lawsuit happened. Then like the cloud came right back up and, and, and, and that's what happened. Unfortunately. I think that was the wrong move. [01:46:08] I think it was the wrong and right move. I think it was a wrong move as a hip hop artist. [01:46:14] I think it was a right move as a businessman. So it's a double edged sword. [01:47:04] But now this Iceman album needs to drop, and it's got to be fire. And if it's fire, people just don't care anymore.
